Purpose:

This machine is suitable for milling all kinds of holes and grooves of aluminum door and window profiles, especially for door lock processing. It adopts high-precision linear guide pair, ball screw, rack and pinion and imported servo motor to ensure smooth movement and high positioning and processing accuracy. X-axis is driven by rack and pinion, and Y and Z-axis is driven by screw.

The worktable can be arbitrarily converted between - 90 °, 0 ° and + 90 ° positions to realize one-time clamping and complete milling of three surfaces; the worktable can be rotated through the cylinder to achieve initial positioning, and then it can be accurately positioned through hard limit.
